Weddings are held at Hunter’s “Chapel in the Forest”

The venue – “Chapel in the Forest” 
A professional photographer 
The wedding cake
The bride’s bouquet and the bridegroom’s corsage 
Flower arrangements in the Chapel 
Sparkling wine in the couple’s room 
The minister, counselling and ceremony 
The marriage certificate and legal arrangements 
Two witnesses, provided by the hotel 
Administration costs
A Gift for the Couple 
Manicure and Make up 
Accommodation – Wedding Night – Garden Cottage on a bed and breakfast basis

PLEASE NOTE: 

Additional costs for the wedding will be determined by the number of guests as well as any specific requirements 
Weddings are subject to accommodation being reserved at the hotel 
Above package is for wedding for Bride and Groom only.

DOCUMENTS: 

The minister conducting the service will have the register, declaration forms (for non South African ID holders) and a small marriage certificate 
A counselling session (approximately one hour) is required on the day prior to the wedding 
We will also ensure that the bridal couple has a detailed marriage certificate, issued by the Department of Home Affairs 
A detailed list of documents required is sent on confirmation

FURTHER ARRANGEMENTS:

Beautician etc. for the bride 
Reflexology in the privacy of your suit 
The private dining room with its antique fireplace if available (maximum 6 guests)

Scenic flights 
Whale and Dolphin watching
