Weddings at Jaci’s Safari and Tree Lodges

Jaci's provides outstanding venues, complete with a team of people to ensure your special day is hassle free.

 At Jaci's we assist you in planning the perfect day. We have catered for several weddings from 80 to 5 guests, each created around the individual needs of the wedding couple.

 Our wedding package includes our usual daily activities and meals. The extra details (flowers, pastor, photographer, etc.) are privately arranged and we can assist once everything is at the lodge.

 At Jaci's we can accommodate 36 adults (between Safari and Tree Lodge), which allows two different venues for the ceremony and for the reception.

Weddings can be offered at both lodges:

Jaci’s Safari Lodge can organise the following:

Minister:

x donation to the church, x charge to Jaci’s for organising the Pastor, and fuel costs for the minister.

Flowers:

Can be arranged by the lodge subject to quotation, transport and availability. Alternatively Flowers can be brought!

Cake:

Let us know your requirements and if the Chef can make it we will quote accordingly.

Setting:

The Bridal couple are asked to book in a day early if possible so that they can have a look around and see what they would prefer as there are various options available, e.g. bush versus Lodge.

Bush Ceremony:

If the Wedding Party are keen to do the ceremony in the “Bush” then there will be an extra charge for “sole use” for the vehicle and Guide to be used for this purpose should the group be smaller than 8 adults.
